In reply to your e-mail, I regret to inform you that "Nonimmigrant Visa Unit" has sent me this notice with at least 3 weeks delay, which is too late and useless.

FYI, I arrived in LA airport on 01.08.06 with a valid issued visa, but as you definitely know, INS officers sent me back on 02.08.06 without any explanations. I had also clearly mentioned in my visa application forms about the purposes of my visit such as attending in SUTA seminar, visiting family and friends.

1. I have been found eligible on the date of my interview on 16.05.06.
2. My security checking has been cleared on 13.06.06.
3. It seems interesting that my case number (2006 136 848 6) is still in the official website of the Consulate General of the United States at http://dubai.usconsulate.gov/dubai/Visa_Status.html that is also updated on 14.08.06. How such this discrepancy appears by the US authorities?
4. If you had my contact details, I would like to know why you didn't inform me earlier about my ineligibility before departing to the US?

I am seriously seeking for the reason to find out how this disaster could be compensated emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, and economically.
